El Paso has a long standing tradition of being closely integrated with the border, and with that comes social issues unique to the area. One of the major social issues is the integration of international families into the everyday life of the Southwest United States. How would you further progress the process of integration and help families from El Paso along with those who are not work to create a community that is both forward thinking and productive?

Beto O’Rourke, how do you plan on decreasing corruption, or ridding of it all together? (This is for everyone) Do you believe it is possible to completely get rid of corruption in the United States government, both state and national level? I believe that the only way to rid of corruption would be if non-human beings were running the government, or if nothing of any worth to the human mind was involved.

What is your point of view concerning recent restrictive abortion policies, where only the rich can afford to go to abortion clinics?

Jamie Perez, you say on your website that “[reducing] border violence by legalizing all substances and drugs such as marijuana” is the key to border safety. How do you believe the legalization of drugs will accomplish this? Drug dealers and addicts would not suddenly become productive, law-abiding members of society.

In today’s society, feminism has begun to transition into “man-hating” and women superiority. The need to dissolve this stigma in our society as a result has developed, as seen in campaigns such as “He for She.” How will you promote awareness of this issue?

“What policies are you going to enact in order to combat the strains a large aging population will have on social security and medical care?’

“I seen, and have dealt with, many young people who have been users of marajuana. In each instance, they are apathetic, unmotivated, and show little interest in their schooling or other activities. How can we justify the legalization of marajuana when this is clearly such a large issue?”

What is your position on and plan to correct the injustices being perpetuated under the misapplied “separation of church and state” that continually encroaches on the freedom of religious expression and pursuits of Christian indiviuals, organizations and businesses. Persecutions of Christians is showing up in the health care laws regarding abortion and birth control mandates, rulings against business owners who stand for Christian, biblical precepts and truths regarding traditional marriage, and in a recurring attempt to silience prayer and the gospel of Jesus Christ in the military.

How will you address the ever growing difficulty college graduates face to find quality jobs, in hopes of not only moving forward in their life but also in attempt to unencumber themselves of student loans?

  11. Recently there was an article in the El Paso Times about a funeral to be held for the ~4 month old fetus/baby that was discovered in an El Paso Park. This child was mourned for and the community who cared to, did what they could to honor the short lifespan of this helpless person now deceased. Whether you value life or you value liberty, both are important things to value in this world. How as a Congressman and leader of representing our community will you seek to navigate or legislate through these sort of heartbreaking facts of human existence.
